Overview
Now, we\’re looking for a passionate and proactive Fundraising Officer to join our team and play a role in securing the support that makes our work possible.

What You\’ll Do
- Develop and deliver inspiring fundraising campaigns and appeals.
- Create engaging donor communications that keep supporters connected.
- Grow our regular giving programme to build long-term sustainability.
- Be out and about in the community, representing Age UK Plymouth at events and activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to maximise opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in fundraising or a similar role involving relationship building with corporates and the public
- Great organisational and IT skills, with an eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – confident, professional, warm, and engaging.
- Confident to talk publicly – deliver presentations and speak to supporters at events
- The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- A full driving licence with access to a car and a willingness to drive the work vehicle
