We are looking for friendly and outgoing volunteers to assist the facilitators of our Memory Clubs and Making Memories Groups at various locations in the Bournemouth, Ferndown, Christchurch and Poole area. The sessions include a programme of themed activities, carried out over several weeks in small groups, with each session covering a different topic, designed to improve the mental abilities and memory of someone with dementia.

Applicants will be called by the service coordinator so more information on available session timings and locations and the nature of the role can be discussed. All volunteers are required to undergo a DBS check, as we work with a vulnerable group. Volunteers must be over 18 years old. The Memory Clubs meet Mondays-Thursdays.
