As a Take Home & Settle Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring clients have a safe, comfortable return home from hospital. You’ll take clients home, help them settle in, and provide both practical and emotional support. Your responsibilities include handling essential needs like delivering medication and basic food supplies along with follow-up check-ins when required to support their wellbeing.
Key Qualities Needed:
- Friendly, calm, and compassionate
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
- Knowledgeable about the Greenwich area with a clean UK driving license and access to a fully insured, smoke-free vehicle
