To provide effective administrative support to the Counselling and Befriending services.

The post holder will be expected to work proactively to maximise the services effectiveness and efficiency, An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as one of two administrators within our friendly Befriending & Counselling service.

You would act as first point of contact for clients, family members, volunteers & professionals, carrying out telephone assessments, client matching & resolving queries.

The postholder will also provide administrative support and be expected to work proactively and flexibly to maximise organisational effectiveness and efficiency.

Working part time, Monday to Wednesday, 22.5 hours per week.

We're a local charity working in the community to support older people, their families and carers.
