Age UK is recruiting a Shop Supervisor to join their team in Altrincham. As a Shop Supervisor you will support sales, stock rotation, display organisation, store tidying, and daily shop operations. You will represent Age UK professionally, promote our core values, and help maximise sales and profits. You will deputise for the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in their absence.
Responsibilities
- Support sales and cash handling.
- Rotate stock and organise displays.
- Maintain store tidiness and product presentation.
- Assist with day‑to‑day shop operations and staffing hand‑offs.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the store.
Qualifications and requirements
- Experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Experience of cash handling.
- Ability to lift and carry bags of stock up to 10 kg.
