Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 | Hours: Full-time

Are you a retail leader ready to make a real impact? Age UK Wyvern is seeking a Director of Retail to spearhead the next chapter of our retail strategy. With 12 thriving stores and a current income of £1.3 million, our goal is to double retail revenue within 3 years through new shop openings, ecommerce growth, and operational innovation.

As part of our senior leadership team, you’ll:

– Drive retail strategy, profitability, and operational excellence.

– Lead and inspire a team of staff and volunteers across multiple sites.

– Innovate and expand our retail presence both in-store and online.
