Age UK Plymouth is seeking a Support & Activity Worker to join our Day Centre team in Plymouth. You will assist in all aspects of care for older people and help deliver engaging activity sessions in community and care settings across the city.
You will work closely with the management team, clients and families, and collaborate with other health and social care professionals to enable people to lead the lives they choose. A DBS check may be required.
