Age UK Oxfordshire is seeking a dedicated practitioner to deliver falls prevention classes across Cherwell and Horton General Hospital, helping older adults improve strength, balance and confidence. You will triage clients, enrol them in appropriate interventions, and maintain accurate attendance and outcome records in collaboration with healthcare staff.

This 28-hour-per-week, part-time post requires a Level 2 exercise delivery qualification, excellent English, and a driving licence, with travel.
