Age UK Northamptonshire is seeking an ambitious and innovative Senior Coordinator to lead the development of our Day Opportunities service and help shape the future of how we support people to live well across Northamptonshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive a new chapter in our service delivery, creating engaging, community-based opportunities that enable people aged 50+ to stay active, connected and independent. Working with local partners, community groups and stakeholders, you will play a key role in expanding our reach, developing new programmes and ensuring our services meet the evolving needs of older people across the county.

We are looking for a proactive and visionary leader who can turn ideas into action and build services that make a lasting impact.
You will have experience in service development, partnership working and community engagement, with the ability to inspire others and identify new opportunities for growth. Passionate about supporting people to age well, you will help develop innovative activities and initiatives that encourage connection, confidence and wellbeing.
This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically while delivering operationally, building sustainable services that help make Northamptonshire a great place to grow older.
