Age UK Mid Mersey is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Living Well Officer to support older people across Halton, St Helens, Warrington and Knowsley. You will be the first point of contact for older people, carers and professionals, identifying strengths and goals and helping access activities to improve health and wellbeing.
You’ll plan and deliver Living Well groups and community sessions, and build strong relationships with local organisations to reduce isolation.
