Age UK Leeds is recruiting a Wellbeing Coordinator to join the Linking Leeds team. You will help older people access local health and social care support by linking them to community groups and activities across Leeds.
Hours: 21 hours per week. The role is based over various sites including community venues, GP practices, and occasional work from home. A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is required. Closing Date: 8th October 2026.
