Location: 8 Clemens Street, Leamington, CV31 2DL (with requirement to work across all retail outlets in Coventry and Warwickshire on usual weekly basis).
Hours per week: 37 hours per week - worked between Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend working on a rota basis.
Salary: £33,849.00 per annum
About the role
This is an exciting field based opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic individual to oversee the operation of our Retail outlets across Coventry & Warwickshire to maximise sales and profits across all shops.
Management experience in the retail sector working across multiple sites is essential and previous charity retail experience an advantage. We are looking for someone that can encourage the Retail team to realise their full potential, leading, motivating and inspiring them.
