These exciting casual posts provide an opportunity for someone with passion and commitment to work in a progressive organisation. The successful applicants will assist in the provision of a range of activities for older people with Dementia in the Ballyclare Day Centre, Town Hall, The Square, Main Street, Ballyclare, BT39 9BB (Open Monday Wednesday 9am to 5pm) The main responsibilities of the role are: ToassisttheRegistered Managerin the day to day running ofthecentre including cleaning duties Toassistwith the personal care requirements of clients Toparticipatein the implementation of activities of those attending the centre Any other dutiesdeemedappropriate tothis post. Applicants must have the following: Experience of working with older people in a paid or voluntary capacity NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards achieving thisqualification The successful applicant must register with NISCC (without exceptions) and will be subject to an enhanced Access NI check [Please read Access NI Code of Practice Ability to useinitiative Excellent interpersonal skills What we can offer you: Salary Scale:Β£12.71per hour Hours:flexible on an as and when required basis Paid annualleave Essential training For an applicant pack, please e-mailor telephone the People and Development Team on .
