Age Concern Hampshire is currently recruiting for Relief Minibus Drivers to join our friendly and dedicated team at our Care & Wellbeing Centre in Yateley.
Responsibilities
- Driving Service Users from their homes to the Care and Wellbeing Centre in the morning and return them safely in the afternoon.
- Assisting Service Users to enter and vacate the minibus, ensuring their safety and physical needs are fully met.
- To help ensure the minibus is maintained through completion of daily checks, refuelling, vehicle cleanliness and reporting of maintenance and repair issues to the manager.
Requirements
- Experience of driving a minibus and assisting passengers.
- A caring and compassionate nature.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An understanding of the importance of being reliable, hardworking and honest.
- A D1 on your license is essential.
- A Midas qualification or willingness to undertake Midas training.
