Are you passionate about making a real difference and supporting older people in the community? If so, Age Concern Hampshire has an exciting opportunity for a Care & Wellbeing Centre Manager based at our Lockswood Care & Wellbeing Centre located in Locksheath. Our ideal candidate will be someone who would like to pursue a career within Health and Social care. Working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during office hours, we offer a competitive salary ranging from £25,500 to £27,500 per annum, pro rata (depending on experience). Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of wellbeing and care services in accordance with service contracts.
  • Manage, communicate and support a team of staff within the centre to deliver high quality care.
  • Drive performance, quality of service, cost of delivery, and compliance initiatives.
  • Support and drive the marketing of the centre and seek new opportunities within the area.
  • Ensure all staff are in the right place at the right time.
  • Support and deliver the best service to our clients.
