The Ideal Candidate:

- A Detail-Driven Administrator: Highly organized with a track record of handling commercial invoicing, project billing balance sheets, and strict inventory audit trails.
- A Hands-On Compliance Champion: Thorough knowledge of road transport legislation, health and safety, vehicle pre-checks, and commercial waste regulations.
- Active and Adaptable: Fully capable of traveling daily, carrying out property surveys, and willing to step in as a relief driver in staffing emergencies to protect our business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the central transport planning framework, ensuring maximum fuel and time efficiency across all fleet routes.
- Act as the lead manager for all property clearance enquiries, completing surveys personally, issuing quotations, and managing billing through our financial systems.
- Enforce strict compliance with commercial waste regulations, ensuring complete item traceability and proper disposal manifests through licensed facilities.
- Direct and support your line-managed team, ensuring all personnel strictly follow site rules, sorting and distribution policies.
- Monitor vehicle condition logs, address defects right away, and maintain up-to-date fleet paperwork in line with transport laws.
