Working for the UK & EIRE Aftersales Training Department as an Aftersales Training Specialist, your primary role is to deliver technical aftersales training courses to the UK & EIRE dealers and distribution network. You will be required to set up and run technical training courses in both classroom and workshop areas utilizing rigs and machinery as required. This will be delivered in-line with the global customer support training curriculum and certification program. The Aftersales Training Specialist will also support all the necessary training linked to Customer Support activities, such as training internal functions and associated partners such as the UK AGCO Apprenticeship scheme.
Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and classroom-based training courses in a professional manner, whilst complying with all relevant health and safety legislation.
- Deliver courses in a professional and interactive manner.
- Provide attendees with course material in line with global standards, working with the Global Content Creation Team to ensure delivery of the learning objectives, curriculums, course structure and accreditation.
- Plan courses and deliver aftersales training to AGCO personnel including but not limited to Field Service and Product Support Teams.
Qualifications
- Detailed knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic principles to high standards.
- Working knowledge of mechanized agriculture and land preparation techniques.
- Detailed knowledge of the principles and methods for creating and presenting a technical training course; working knowledge of AGCO systems, AGCO Net, AGCO diagnostic tools and Microsoft Office.
- Detailed technical knowledge of AGCO products.
- A formal teaching qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
