AGC Partners is a global technology investment bank focused on middle market M&A and growth equity financings for emerging growth companies. Our transactions range in size from $50 million - $1 billion. Having completed over 70+ deals since 2022, 525 deals closed since inception and the most SaaS transactions since 2010, AGC is one of the most active tech banks in the world. We’re seeking Class of 2026 graduates for our Investment Banking Fall Internship in London. This full-time program is built for ambitious, high-performing graduates seeking intensive, hands-on experience in technology investment banking. Responsibilities will include assisting with marketing and business development efforts, conducting research assignments, preparing company profiles and information books, and producing marketing materials and pitch books. Interns will work directly with our junior banking team.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A desire to learn, keen attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively are essential. A “can-do” attitude and a good sense of humor will go a long way in ensuring your success in the role.
