Description: We are seeking candidates from the classes of 2022-2025 for our full-time Investment Banking Spring Analyst program in our London office. AGC Partners’ Analyst position is a two-year program designed for ambitious, high-performing recent graduates seeking an intensive experience in investment banking prior to pursuing paths such as private equity, growth equity, corporate development, or business school. Analysts at AGC play a critical role on lean deal teams and are entrusted with a high level of responsibility early on, including direct involvement in live transactions and client interactions.

Responsibilities will include assisting with marketing and business development efforts, conducting research assignments, preparing company profiles and information books, and producing marketing materials and pitch books. Analysts will participate in weekly training sessions.

Qualifications: The candidate must have outstanding computer skills, including sophisticated Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. A desire to learn and deliver creative solutions is a must. A “can-do” attitude and a good sense of humor will ensure your success in the role.
