Field Sales Representative (Charity Fundraising)
Location: West Midlands (field based)
Positions available: 3
Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 9:00am to 5:00pm (finish early when targets are hit)
Pay frequency: Weekly

What you will do
Agape Worldwide is recruiting Field Sales Representatives to represent UK charity campaigns across West Midlands locations. You will be in high footfall environments, speaking to the public face to face, and signing up donors. Training is light and practical. You will get a campaign briefing, compliance standards, and a simple pitch framework. Then it is on you to execute. We give you the basics and the standards. You bring the energy and the results.
- Approach members of the public confidently and professionally
- Explain the charity campaign clearly and answer basic questions
- Sign up donors and hit weekly targets
- Keep quality high and stay compliant
- Improve week to week with short feedback
Targets
Minimum expected performance is 10 to 15 sign ups per week. If you struggle hitting targets, do not apply.
