- Avoid targets or pressure
- Struggle speaking to strangers
- Need constant hand-holding or motivation
Do apply if you:
- Are competitive and self-driven
- Handle rejection without flinching
- Back yourself to perform consistently
What this isn’t:
- We’re not a chugger agency stuck on street corners all day
- This isn’t volunteer work disguised as a job
- You’re not working for free while we profit
This is a legitimate sales role with real earnings for real results.
The role involves recruiting field sales representatives to work face-to-face with the public across the West Midlands, signing up donors for UK charity campaigns. You’ll work in high-footfall locations speaking directly to members of the public. Your job is simple: engage, explain, sign up.
Training is straightforward: campaign briefing, compliance standards, pitch framework. We give you the tools and the standards. You bring the energy and results.
What you’ll do as a field sales representative:
- Approach members of the public confidently and professionally
- Clearly explain charity campaigns and answer questions
- Sign up donors to regular giving agreements
- Hit weekly targets while maintaining quality and compliance
- Improve week-on-week through feedback and self-assessment
Targets: Minimum expected performance: 10-15 sign-ups per week. If you’re not confident hitting targets consistently, this isn’t the right role.
Who this suits:
- Confident English speaker with strong communication skills
- Thick-skinned; rejection doesn’t throw you off
- Reliable and available Monday to Friday daytime
- Sales experience is a plus (field sales rep, fundraising, door-to-door, retail)
- No experience? If you’re hungry, coachable, and confident, we’ll consider you
Pay (choose one option before starting):
- Option A: £10.00-£12.21/hour depending on age and experience
- Option B: Commission per verified, accepted sign-up
Realistic earnings on commission: £500-£750 per week for consistent performers. Pay structure agreed upfront. Commission paid only on verified and accepted sign-ups. Quality matters.
Ready to apply? Provide your sales experience (or why you’ll crush this role anyway) and confirmation you can work Monday to Friday and travel across West Midlands locations. Interviews happening this week - apply today. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a brief phone call.
