Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Diabetes Care Manager (DCM) to join our team in the South East.
This is a field-based role covering Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk.
An ideal location would be around the Bury St Edmunds area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned territory, working predominantly across Secondary Care and Primary Care settings, as well as other diabetes-related stakeholders and services.
The focus of the role will be to
- grow sales across the territory
- secure new product uptake and distribution
- train and support healthcare professionals in the field
- build awareness of Aga Matrix products and services
- develop strong clinical and commercial relationships across the local healthcare landscape
About you
Aga Matrix Europe is looking for a proactive and motivated individual who is keen to become an expert in the solutions we provide and who is motivated by supporting healthcare professionals and improving patient care.
You should have at least 2 years' experience in medical sales. Experience within diabetes care would be advantageous.

- Required Skills and Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Confident presenting and supporting sales initiatives with both individuals and larger groups of healthcare professionals, including clinicians, DSNs, NHS Managers, ICB/LHB leads.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to interpret and present scientific data and technical information in a clear and meaningful way.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to forecast, prioritise and manage territory objectives effectively.
- Good IT literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience in diabetes care or a related field would be highly desirable.
