We make reusable packaging 90% cheaper for FMCG brands. Built by a team of ex-Unilever & ex-Terracycle circular economy geeks, Again is building a distributed network of hundreds of autonomous cleaning facilities, called CleanCells, each processing and cleaning packaging for reuse by the world's largest FMCG brands. The goal: to make reusable packaging the same as single use by 2025.

We're looking for a Quality & Testing Manager.

The main areas you’ll be responsible for are:

  • Identify and ensure we comply with all regulation, standards and quality procedures required to safely clean packaging for reuse.
  • Be responsible for the regulatory compliance and safe running of our own sites.
  • Work with our engineering team to validate new cleaning processes & technology are passing our own quality standards and those of our brand partners.
  • Work with our partnerships team to ensure our operations deliver upon the brands quality requirements and support in the sales process by answering any questions/concerns that brand partners have.
  • Ensure HACCP plan is in place and up to date.
  • Ensure that all relevant specifications and SOPs are in place.
  • Ensure that we meet the most relevant industry accreditations - BRCGS / SALSA / etc.
  • Be the main point of contact if quality and compliance issues arise.

Qualifications:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years managing quality in a food business/environment.
  • Will have a certificate in level 3 Food hygiene or similar and understand a HACCP, BRCGS and/or SALSA system.
  • Experience of quality management systems implementation and review.
  • Experienced carrying out audits based on BRC & Customer audits.
  • Specification & SOP writing.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, communication and managerial skills.
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Will adapt quickly to changes and new lines, concepts and innovation.
