We’re Recruiting – Care Assistants

Locations: Bournemouth, Poole, Blandford, Weymouth Residential & Nursing Facilities for Older Adults

Your Role:

You’ll be providing hands-on care to elderly clients, many of whom are living with dementia. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with all aspects of personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting)
  • Hoisting and repositioning clients
  • Serving meals and assisting with feeding where required
  • Providing emotional support, promoting comfort, dignity, and independence
  • Working as part of a team to deliver person-centred care
