Store Manager AGA Were looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead an AGA store, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial performance and developing a high-performing team. This is more than a traditional retail management role. Youll bring the AGA brand to life through outstanding service, product demonstrations and events, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers throughout their journey. Youll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of the store, combining strong people leadership with commercial focus and consistently high standards. This is a store-based role and requires flexibility to work on a rota, including weekends and evenings. The Role As Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching and developing a team of Brand Experience Specialists to deliver outstanding service and achieve commercial goals. Driving store performance, including sales, lead conversion, customer satisfaction and other key KPIs. Ensuring every customer receives a personalised, premium experience from their first visit through to purchase and beyond. Bringing the AGA brand to life through product demonstrations, events and engaging in-store experiences. Maintaining exceptional standards of store presentation, visual merchandising and product displays. Managing customer leads, follow-up activity, CRM records, forecasting and reporting. Building relationships with local designers, architects, culinary partners and retailers to increase awareness and drive footfall. Identifying opportunities for local events, collaborations and partnerships.
