Were looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead an AGA store, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial performance and developing a high-performing team.
This is more than a traditional retail management role. Youll bring the AGA brand to life through outstanding service, product demonstrations and events, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers throughout their journey.
Youll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of the store, combining strong people leadership with commercial focus and consistently high standards.
This is a store-based role and requires flexibility to work on a rota, including weekends and evenings.
The Role
As Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching and developing a team of Brand Experience Specialists to deliver outstanding service and achieve commercial goals.
Driving store performance, including sales, lead conversion, customer satisfaction and other key KPIs.
Ensuring every customer receives a personalised, premium experience from their first visit through to purchase and beyond.
Bringing the AGA brand to life through product demonstrations, events and engaging in-store experiences.
Maintaining exceptional standards of store presentation, visual merchandising and product displays.
Managing customer leads, follow-up activity, CRM records, forecasting and reporting.
Building relationships with local designers, architects, culinary partners and retailers to increase awareness and drive footfall.
Identifying opportunities for local events, collaborations and partnerships.
Managing day-to-day store operations, including rotas, opening and closing, cash handling, stock, deliveries and customer escalations.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety, fire safety, food hygiene and other operational requirements.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams to provide a seamless customer journey.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven management experience within premium or luxury retail, hospitality or an experiential environment.
Strong people leadership skills and experience developing high-performing teams.
A track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.
Strong commercial awareness and experience working with KPIs.
Experience managing day-to-day store operations.
Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
Confidence presenting, demonstrating products or hosting customer events.
A hands-on approach and pride in maintaining high standards.
Experience within home, kitchen, interiors or design-led retail would be an advantage, as would experience using CRM systems and managing longer customer journeys. xiskglj
