Location: Leamington Spa (on-site)
Salary: GBP33,986 per year
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 7.00-4.00, Friday 7.00-12.00)

The Role
We re looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Material Controller to join our team. In this role, you ll ensure the material supply aligns with production schedules by developing strong supplier relationships, manage stock levels, and resolving issues before they impact production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage supplier schedules and Material Management Agreements (MMAs)
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials by liaising with suppliers
- Build and maintain excellent supplier relationships
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce stockholding
- Handle goods in and assist with stock takes, including bi-annual
- Investigate stock discrepancies, BOM errors, lead time issues and system inaccuracies
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth materials flow aligned with the assembly build plan
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards
What We re Looking for:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/logistics/supply chain environment preferred
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong supplier management
- Working knowledge of MRP systems
- Can-do attitude, flexibility and adaptability
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Strong planning, scheduling and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, organised, driven and capable of managing multiple projects
- Full UK driving licence is essential
