About The Role
We are looking for a warm, organised, and professional Showroom & Events Host to deliver an exceptional customer experience at our Wigan-based Middleby UK Innovation Kitchen. This is a highly visible role at the heart of our customer engagement activity. You will be responsible for hosting visitors, coordinating events and demonstrations, and ensuring the showroom is always presented to the highest standard. Working closely with our marketing, culinary, and sales teams, you will help create memorable and impactful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently high standard of presentation and customer experience within the showroom
- Plan, organise, and host customer events, product demonstrations, and internal meetings
- Coordinate all event logistics, including scheduling, room setup, equipment, catering, and guest management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all showroom visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Manage showroom calendars, bookings, and event plans to maximise space utilisation
- Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and culinary teams to align activities with business objectives
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met during all events and visits
- Support post-event follow-up, feedback collection, and continuous improvement

You Will Have
- Experience coordinating events, demonstrations, or customer visits (ideally in a showroom, hospitality, or customer-facing environment)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, reporting, and use of standard office systems
