Lead a small team of retail staff and assume overall responsibility for the success of the store. Manage all operational aspects of the store whilst delivering the sales and EBITDA budgets through dynamic lead generation, monitoring and conversion as well as controlling store P&L.

- Monitor and analyse the business plan and performance and implement changes to ensure consistent improvement is in place to meet/exceed agreed targets.

- To ensure accurate stock records, stock counting and receipting of stock.
- To ensure the continued training of all store team members.
- Responsibility for the continuous delivery of store operating standards.
- Responsible for the delivery of all business processes.
- Act as an ambassador for the Brand.
- Responsible for the actioning and following up of all business requests and instructions.
- To comply at all times with all health and safety obligations.

- Ensuring appropriate controls to deliver effective staff deployment.
- Ensure that absence attendance management using accurate recording of the information is being actioned.
- To ensure that all team holidays are authorised and managed in accordance with company guidelines and also to ensure that operational flexibility is maintained.
