Due to the expansion of our fleet, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Plant Mechanic to join our team. AG Wilson operates an extensive fleet of plant and equipment and is looking for a qualified Plant Mechanic to ensure our machinery runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading construction company committed to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing and repairs on a wide range of plant and equipment in a cost and time-efficient manner.
- Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain and repair small tools to minimise downtime and avoid unnecessary hire.
- Travel to various construction sites across Northern Ireland as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Construction Plant Maintenance (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in hydraulics and auto electrics.
- Proven diagnostic skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
