Sales Manager – UK&I – Workforce Management

Are you a proven enterprise sales hunter in the Workforce Management Space? Are you ready to accelerate your career?

With a strong presence across EMEA and ambitious growth plans, you will be instrumental in driving strategic enterprise sales.

Working Pattern: Remote across the UK or Ireland with travel to EMEA.

The role:

  • Drive new business acquisition across large enterprise accounts within EMEA.
  • Build relationships across multiple senior stakeholders within complex organisations.
  • Identify and prospect across a variety of methods including email, phone, networking, industry events and your network.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from outreach to deal architecture and close.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders within prospective accounts, ensuring everyone is on board.
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospects.
  • Travel across EMEA and other regions as and when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and client success.

Your experience:

  • Experience working in Workforce Solutions. Talent MSP (Managed Service Provider), RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), EoR (Employer of Record), or AOR (Agency of Record).
  • You are a hunter. You are strategic, self-motivated, solution-focused and creative in your approach.
  • Experience navigating complex B2B sales at an enterprise level.
  • Confident in delivering compelling pitches and tailored solutions.
  • You thrive in a remote-first, high-trust and autonomous environment

Interview Process:

2 stages:

Initial Interview with the VP of Enterprise Sales.

Final Interview with the CEO + VP, including a short presentation assessing your sales capabilities, strategic thinking, cultural fit and ability to connect with clients at a high level.
