Part Time – Legal & Compliance Counsel - 3 days per week

Working Pattern: Remote across UK & Ireland – 3 days per week - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
We are seeking a Legal & Compliance Counsel to support my client's EOR, MSP and AOR business across the EMEA region. Working closely with their Legal Counsel, you will support operational, contractual and regulatory requirements, particularly focused on worker classification, supplier relationships and employment compliance in multi-country environments.
The responsibilities include:
- Managing and responding to worker, client, internal and supplier legal & compliance queries
- Providing guidance on employment, labour and regulatory compliance across EMEA
- Advising on IR35 and similar off-payroll working frameworks
- Reviewing, interpreting and advising on supplier agreements
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, including MSAs (Master Services Agreements), supplier, client, partner and subcontractor agreements, and worker-related contractual documentation
- Supporting compliance risk reviews
Your experience:
- Proven experience in a legal and/or compliance role within Staffing, EOR, MSP AOR, HR Services or Contingent workforce solutions
- Strong understanding of worker classification frameworks, including IR35 and international equivalents
- Knowledge of employment and labour laws across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
- Experience reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts and MSAs
- Client facing experience
