A global leader in the Talent MSP space is looking for an Implementation Manager to join their small, but growing team. This is not a support role. Please only apply if you have extensive experience delivering multi-country implementations within EOR (Employer of Record), AOR (Agency of Record), Talent MSP (Managed Service Provider) or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environments.
This is for someone who has fully owned and delivered multi-country implementations across EOR, AOR or MSP environments and is comfortable being the person accountable. You will run projects end to end. You will design the plan, drive the governance, manage stakeholders, oversee technology, handle data, and take programmes through to go-live and BAU.
If you are looking for a large project team around you, this is not that environment. If you want autonomy, ownership and variety across client and internal transformation work, read on.
The RoleYou will deliver multi-country implementations across EOR, AOR and MSP solutions across EMEA, managing everything from scoping and process design through onboarding, testing and go-live. This includes:
- Building structured project plans with clear milestones, RAID logs and governance
- Leading workshops and cross-functional workstreams across HR, TA, procurement, payroll, legal and tech
- Managing scope and change control
- Driving readiness and change management activity
- Supporting VMS implementations and integrations including platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline or VNDLY
- Using Salesforce to manage delivery records, actions and reporting
- Ensuring clean transition into business as usual
You will typically run a mix of client and internal projects at any given time. Some will be large MSP implementations. Others may be smaller EOR or AOR rollouts or internal transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on role. You will not just oversee workstreams. You will deliver them.
The EnvironmentEMEA is a lean team within a larger global organisation. That means:
- You are not one small cog in a huge programme structure
- You will not have a separate comms lead, process writer and tech lead on every project
- You will be expected to own outcomes and step into the detail where needed
There is significant transformation underway including global tech migration and shared services expansion. Change is constant. Structure is evolving. For the right person, that is an opportunity. For someone who needs rigid documentation and highly standardised processes, this will feel uncomfortable.
Working PatternFully remote within Europe, aligned to UK hours. This is a global role. There will be:
- One regular late call each week, currently 10pm on a Monday
- Additional occasional early morning or evening calls depending on client geography
Flexibility is built in. Time can be managed accordingly. But you must be comfortable operating across time zones.
What We Are Looking ForYou must have:
- Extensive experience delivering multi-country implementations within EOR, AOR, MSP or RPO environments
- Proven experience running projects independently, not just supporting
- Practical understanding of global workforce solutions, worker classification, compliance and payroll processes
- Experience building project plans, governance packs, status reporting and structured artefacts
- Exposure to VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY or similar is highly desired
- Confidence working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Formal project management training or qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent methodology exposure
You will also need:
- Comfort presenting to senior clients
- High ownership and resilience
- The ability to build structure where it does not yet exist
In your first three months you will:
- Demonstrate confidence running client calls independently
- Build and own structured project plans
- Get up to speed with internal systems and Salesforce
- Lead at least one implementation or workstream with limited supervision
- Add clarity and structure to delivery documentation
This is an opportunity to step into a visible, high impact position within a global organisation that is evolving quickly. You will have real ownership. You will influence how programmes are delivered. You will not be boxed into a narrow lane. If you have been operating in large, highly segmented implementation teams and want broader accountability, this is the step up. If you are already that person and want a platform to do it properly, we should talk.
Interview ProcessIntroduction call with the hiring manager. Meet one or two of their team members. Final interview with the Operations Director.
