Are you a Client Services Manager from an MSP or contingent workforce background who wants to walk into a role where you own the client relationship from day one? This is a global contractor management and Employer of Record provider that onboards and payrolls pre-identified contingent workers for some of the world's best-known enterprises.

Remote, UK or Ireland based. 3-month fixed term contract, starting within two weeks and running to the end of October.

Interview Process: One stage with the Operations Manager and two senior team members.

The business operates in over 70 countries and works with large international enterprises, high-growth startups and global technology companies. This role sits in the operations team, looking after a portfolio of pre-identified contingent workers, both employed workers and independent contractors, across EMEA.

  • Operations across 70 countries, managing contingent workers on behalf of global enterprise clients.
  • A portfolio of high-volume, household names.
  • Workers are pre-identified by the client, so there is no sourcing or vetting. This is pure client and worker management.
  • Full support around you: compliance, payroll, quote and legal teams.

The next step is a safe pair of hands who can own these client relationships end to end. You will be the single point of contact between the client, the contingent worker and the internal support teams, owning each assignment from onboarding through to renewal or exit.

The Role:

  • You take a request from the client to onboard an identified worker, and you make it happen. You coordinate the quote, hand off to compliance for onboarding and right to work checks, get payroll set up whether directly or through a local partner, and keep the client updated at every step.
  • When a worker has a question about expenses or their assignment, you are the person who sorts it.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Own the client relationship for a portfolio of high-volume enterprise accounts, keeping them updated and confident throughout.
  • Manage the full onboarding of pre-identified contingent workers, coordinating quote, compliance and payroll set-up.
  • Be the first point of contact for both clients and workers, resolving queries on expenses, assignments and process.
  • Track assignments proactively, opening the renewal or extension conversation well before an assignment ends.
  • Handle the moments when things go wrong, a delayed payment or an unusual request, so the worker still feels looked after.
  • Keep systems and daily trackers 100% accurate so a clear overview is available at short notice.

Experience We Are Looking For:

  • Experience managing contingent workers from an MSP or contingent workforce management background.
  • Genuine, senior-level customer service experience, the kind where the buck stops with you.
  • Strong on process, organised, and comfortable managing multiple demanding stakeholders at once.
  • Confident handling difficult conversations and giving clients peace of mind under pressure.
  • Immediately available or on a short notice period, able to start within two weeks.
  • UK or Ireland based.
