A global professional services business operating in over 50 countries is building out their EMEA credit control function. They work with global enterprises, fast growing tech companies and startups to deliver innovative solutions to support them.
You'll own the full EMEA accounts receivable ledger across 10+ entities. You'll lead a team, set the standard, and partner directly with Finance, Sales, and Operations leadership.
The role:
- Own and improve DSO across 10+ entities, multi-country and multi-currency
- Lead a team of credit controllers across multiple geographies
- Handle complex, high-value dispute resolution with Sales, Legal, and Operations
- Set credit limits, payment terms, and risk exposure on enterprise accounts
- Produce AR reporting, forecasts, and insight for senior leadership
Your experience:
- 5+ years in credit control or accounts receivable, including people management
- Managed complex, multi-country, multi-currency ledgers
- Strong on DSO, credit risk, and dispute resolution
- Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable owning the conversation with Sales and Ops
