Salary: starting at £12.50ph, this is a temp – perm opportunity

The Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants with sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates. This is a people-focused, fast-paced role where you will develop essential skills in recruitment, build strong relationships, and learn the foundations of the industry.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Screening CVs and conducting initial phone interviews
  • Managing and updating the candidate database
  • Writing and posting job adverts to attract talent
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and reception duties
  • Building rapport with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
