Bendi / Flexi Forklift Operative – Reading
Ongoing £13/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–17:00 (45 hours/week)
A&G Resourcing Ltd is looking for an experienced Forklift Operative to join a well-established company in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking stability and long-term growth.
The Role
You’ll support warehouse operations – handling stock, order fulfilment, and inventory accuracy. Duties include operating Bendi/Flexi forklifts, picking, packing, dispatching goods, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and inspect incoming deliveries
- Pick, load, and dispatch orders efficiently
- Operate forklifts safely and effectively
- Maintain stock accuracy and records
- Adhere to health, safety, and ISO standards
