A&G Resourcing Ltd is on the lookout for skilled HGV Class 1 Tanker Drivers (NON ADR) to join our reputable client based in Bristol, involved in the production of dry silo mortars, renders, screeds, and kiln-dried sand for the construction industry throughout England, Wales, and Scotland. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with optional overtime on Saturdays Shift Times: AM shifts starting at 05:00 AM, averaging 10 hours per day Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 48 hours This is a temp – perm opportunity. Compensation: While temporary £16.50ph + holiday allowance £19.50ph for overtime While permanent Basic salary of £37,600 per annum * Overtime and Saturday work paid at time and a half * Sundays and Bank Holidays paid at double time Key Responsibilities: * Delivering dry materials to various locations * Completing between 1 to 3 drops per shift * Complying with all relevant regulations and safety standards Qualifications and Experience: * HGV Class 1 Tanker experience preferred, though training will be provided * Clean UK driving license (max 6 points) * At least 1 year of HGV driving experience (required for insurance) * Valid CPC and Tacho Card Essential Skills: * Familiarity with WTD and drivers’ hours regulations * Strong communication abilities * Willingness to adapt and be flexible If you would like to discuss this role in more detail, please get in touch today or apply for immediate consideration.
