Are you a Class 1 driver looking for something a bit different? We’re looking for a reliable, adaptable individual to join our Avonmouth based Client’s team as a Class 1 Relief Driver. In this role, you’ll be on standby to support their fleet when needed—whether that’s driving vehicles to MOT appointments, assisting with vehicle maintenance, or carrying out other essential tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Drive lorries to and from MOT centres for inspections * Ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained, supporting the upkeep of Client’s fleet * Assist with general transport needs, including moving vehicles between locations * Perform occasional deliveries or collections, as required * Carry out basic checks to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy What We’re Looking For: * Valid Class 1 HGV (LGV) driving licence * Flexibility to work on a relief basis as needed * A keen eye for detail, particularly when it comes to vehicle cleanliness and maintenance * A reliable and proactive attitude * Ability to work independently and efficiently * Previous experience within Class 1 driving role What We Offer: * Temp – perm opportunity (£16.50ph during the temporary assignment, £38,765pa on a permanent contract) * Full time, regular hours, working Monday – Friday (5am start, 48 hours per week) * A supportive, friendly team environment * Opportunity to work with a well-maintained fleet of vehicles If you're dependable, self-motivated, and ready to step in when needed, we want to hear from you!
