A&G Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Factory Operative for our client based just outside Reading. These roles support the production of high-quality packaging used across various industries. One role is based in the cardboard packaging section, and the other in general packaging within the factory. Own transport is essential due to the location.
Factory Operatives - Temp to Perm (for the right candidate)
Location: Outskirts of Reading
Pay: GBP12.50/hour (with increase after 3-month probation) and overtimes available at GBP18.75/h
Immediate start!
Hours:
- Mon-Thurs: 08:00-16:30
- Fri: 08:00-15:30
Main Duties:
- Assist with daily packaging and manufacturing operations
- Operate and maintain machines (full training provided)
- Manage stock and incoming materials
- Keep work areas clean and safe
- Follow health & safety procedures

- Experience in manufacturing or factory environments
- Good attention to detail
