A&G Resourcing Ltd is currently seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for night shifts with our reputable client based in Reading. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for stable work with the potential for a permanent role.
About the Role β Night Trunking
- Vehicle Type: Curtainsider
- Duties: Night trunking with minimal deliveries and collections
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, start between 18:00-19:00
- Hours: Minimum of 10 hours guaranteed per shift
Pay Details
- Temporary Rate: Β£18/hour
- Overtime (after 10 hours): Β£25/hour
- Permanent Salary: Β£43,000 per annum basic once transferred
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence
- Valid CPC & Digital Tacho Card
- Minimum 6 months of Class 1 driving experience (insurance requirement)
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
