A&G Resourcing is looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a well-respected, driver-focused client in Chepstow. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering day shifts, early start times, and a structured 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, with excellent earning potential once permanent.
Pay Rates (Temp – Days Only):
- Weekdays: PAYE £17.00 per hour + holiday pay or £19.00 per hour (holiday included)
- Weekends: PAYE £20.00 Saturday / £21.00 Sunday (holiday included)
Umbrella payments available.
Once Permanent:
- Earnings up to £50,000 per year

- Days only – early starts
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering goods and materials safely to multiple locations
- Ensuring loads are correctly secured and safe
- Following all traffic laws and company procedures
- Completing required paperwork and documentation
- Keeping your vehicle clean and maintained
What we’re looking for:
- Valid HGV Class 1 licence & CPC card
- Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience
- General haulage experience
- Clean driving record
