Multidrop 7.5T Driver – Chepstow | Temp-to-Perm | Immediate Start

Salary: £15.50 per hour (PAYE) + Holidays (while temporary)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:15 AM start – approx. 10-hour shifts
With two Saturdays in a month
8 hours guaranteed pay per day

The Role
A&G Resourcing Ltd is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Multidrop 7.5T Driver to join our client’s team in Chepstow. This is a temp-to-perm position, with the realistic potential to earn £36,000 – £38,000 per year once fully trained.
The starting salary is £29,671 per annum, with the added benefit of daily overtime pay after 8.25 hours (at £21.84ph), daily meal allowance of £2 per day and performance bonuses for appliance connections and installations (£10.30 per installation) and additional £520 per year customer satisfaction bonus.
Installation Bonus:
Earn an additional £10.30 per installation (multiple installations possible per day).
After 12 weeks, you’ll attend a week-long, all-expenses-paid induction in Manchester to enhance your skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform multi-drop deliveries efficiently and on time.
* Ensure the safe and accurate delivery of customer goods.
* Carry out vehicle safety checks and maintain high driving standards.
* Deliver exceptional customer service during drop-offs.
* Collaborate with your driver mate for manual handling and heavy lifting.
* Be prepared to work two Saturdays per month.
What We\’re Looking For
* Valid UK driving licence (C1) with experience driving 7.5T vehicles.
* Valid CPC and Tacho card.
* Minimum 1 year of HGV driving experience.
* No more than 3 points on your licence.
* Ability to drive both manual and automatic trucks.
* Physical fitness – manual handling and heavy lifting required.
* Experience handling white goods is desirable but not essential.
