What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery
- Ensuring high-quality output and smooth-running processes
- Troubleshooting issues to keep downtime to a minimum
- Keeping things clean, safe, and efficient on the shop floor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gain operational knowledge and be proficient in operation of the wet side area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve wet side operations.
- Carry out mould changes on brick and paving production equipment in accordance with company procedures.
- Accurately set up, secure, and align moulds to guarantee product quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve any issues during mould changeover.
- Address faults as they arise and follow all safety and environmental protocols.
- Perform regular cleaning of equipment and machinery to maintain optimal performance.
- Operate forklifts as required, provided the appropriate license is held.
- Ensure that workplace cleanliness is maintained and adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols.
- Proactively seek and suggest ideas for improvement.
- Any other duties as required by management that are within your capability.

- Be willing to undertake training and work flexibly as needed
- Exhibit good communication skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude towards suggesting improvements
- Follow instructions and always adhere to health and safety protocols
- Possess or gain a thorough understanding of the machinery used
