We are seeking an experienced client solutions associate/manager. This individual will combine legal practice with cutting-edge technologies including AI and automation, working with clients, lawyers, and technologists to design, implement, and scale technology-driven solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, design, and implement legal tech client solutions that extend the range of services the firm provides to clients, enhance client service and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with clients, partners, and lawyers to identify opportunities, gather requirements, map processes, and develop appropriate tools and platforms.
- Lead or support projects involving AI-driven tools, automation, workflow systems, data analytics, and collaboration platforms.
- Deliver onboarding, training, and support for clients and internal teams.
- Monitor legal technology trends and assess emerging tools for strategic fit.
- Work with client and internal innovation, legal technology, and IT teams to integrate solutions within existing systems and processes.
Your Experience
- Proven experience (2-3+ years) in a client-facing legal technology role in a law firm.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and workflows, particularly in finance, financial services and private capital practice areas.
- Experience with genAI, machine learning and NLP applications in legal contexts.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HighQ, Contract Express, Kira, DocuSign, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar legal tech platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate legal requirements into technical solutions.
- Project management experience with legal tech implementation or process reengineering.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Understanding of data privacy, information security, and compliance requirements in a legal environment.
