AG Hotels Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Breakfast Manager to lead the breakfast service team at the Crown Hotel, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences during our breakfast operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily breakfast service, maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness, and leading the team to provide a welcoming and efficient start to every guest's day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily breakfast service operations, ensuring excellent guest service at all times.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver consistent service standards.
  • Ensure all breakfast areas are fully prepared, clean, and well-presented prior to service.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of breakfast menus, allergens, and dietary requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control waste in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
  • Liaise closely with the Head Chef and Duty Manager to ensure smooth kitchen and service coordination.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reporting where required.
  • Uphold company grooming standards and food & beverage service etiquette at all times.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel or food & beverage environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy breakfast service environment.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Food Safety Level 2 preferred).
  • Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays.
