AG Hotels Group is seeking an experienced and organised candidate to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Crown Hotel, London. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays is required.
  • Oversee and mentor daily operations of the housekeeping staff.
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the inventory of housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
