AG Hotels Group is looking for an experienced housekeeper for our hotel in London - The Crown Hotel. We are looking for a housekeeper who can also multi-task occasionally across other departments. This role involves physically demanding tasks that require strength, stamina, and attention to detail. You would be responsible for the following activities on a day-to-day basis:

  • Ensuring that bedrooms and common areas are prepared for guests in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved with the help of the maintenance team.
  • Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed.
  • Assisting guests with any queries and complaints.
  • Leading yourself, your team and engaging in continuous professional development.
  • Any other reasonable work as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be preferred.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including indoors and outdoors.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work any shifts between 9-5.
  • Flexibility to work on bank holidays and weekends.
