AG Hotels Group is looking for an experienced housekeeper for our hotel in London – The Crown Hotel. We are looking for a housekeeper who can also multi-task occasionally across other departments. This role involves physically demanding tasks that require strength, stamina, and attention to detail.
You would be responsible for the following activities on a day-to-day basis:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that bedrooms and common areas are prepared for guests in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved with the help of the maintenance team.
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed.
- Assisting guests with any queries and complaints.
- Leading yourself, your team, and engaging in continuous professional development.
- Any other reasonable work as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role will be preferred.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Flexibility to work in different environments, including indoors and outdoors.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work any shifts between 9-5.
