As a Hotel General Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our hotel operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries and requests, maintaining cleanliness and order in common areas, and providing support to other departments as needed. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and customer service-driven. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team are essential. The Milestone Hotel is located at Norman Cross in Peterborough, England.
